Is red light therapy safe every day?

For most healthy adults, daily use is generally low risk when the device is used as directed. Keep the dose sensible, protect your eyes near the face, and check with a clinician if you are pregnant, take photosensitising medication, or have a medical condition that needs supervision.

What wavelength is best for skin?

660nm red light is the best-supported wavelength for skin, since it is absorbed in the epidermis and upper dermis, the layer where collagen-producing fibroblasts sit. Near-infrared (830-940nm) reaches deeper tissue and pairs well alongside red light, but it does not replace it for skin-specific goals.
