There's no single "correct" irradiance figure, it depends on your treatment distance and how long you want to spend per session. Every Leredd product page states its measured irradiance and the exact distance it was measured at (for example, the Biohax 60 Desktop is verified at 78 mW/cm² at 15cm, and the BIOHAX M4 40 at 380 mW/cm² at direct skin contact), using a spectroradiometer rather than a broad-spectrum solar meter, so figures are wavelength-specific and comparable across our range. Check the irradiance and distance stated for the exact model you're considering, rather than comparing irradiance figures between brands that don't disclose their measurement method.

Buy a mask if you only want to treat your face. Buy a panel if you're treating a specific body area (or your whole body, one side at a time, and don't mind repositioning), panels also give you the most choice on price and wavelength count.
