Do I need to undress for treatments?

For full body red light therapy (MitoCharge), you'll undress to your underwear in a private treatment room. For facial and skin treatments, only the treatment area is exposed. Everything is handled with complete privacy and professionalism.

Is it safe for my skin condition?

Our devices emit zero UV light and are TGA Cleared. Red and NIR light therapy is clinically backed for eczema, psoriasis, and acne. We conduct a skin consultation before your first session. If a treatment isn't suitable, we'll recommend an alternative.

Can I visit just to browse devices, without a treatment?

Yes - showroom visits are by appointment. You can see, hold, and test every device in our range. Email contact@leredd.com to arrange a time.

How does the skin consult fee work?

We charge $95 for your initial consultation. This fee is fully refunded if you spend $100 or more in the clinic within 14 days of your consult - which most clients do when they book their first treatment. If you decide not to proceed, you pay the $95 and receive a detailed professional skin assessment and personalised treatment plan to keep.

We're at Maybloom Bentleigh, Level 1, 99 Brewer Road, Bentleigh Victoria 3204 - approximately 15 minutes from Melbourne CBD. We're an easy visit from Bentleigh East, McKinnon, Ormond, Moorabbin, Brighton East and Caulfield South. On-site undercover parking + Free street parking is available on Brewer Road and surrounding side streets. Patterson Station (Frankston line) is an 8 minute walk away.

Who performs the treatments?

All treatments are performed by Julia, our qualified lead photo-therapist - certified in Laser and IPL safety, CIT microneedling, and photobiomodulation. You're always in the hands of the same experienced practitioner, not a rotating roster of juniors.

I'm not in Melbourne - can I still connect?

Absolutely. We offer Zoom tours and phone consults for customers anywhere in Australia or internationally. Product Consult fees are refunded on any purchase over $100 within 14 days. Book a 30-minute video consultation with one of our red light therapy specialists. We will review your goals, discuss protocol options, and recommend the right device or treatment plan for your situation. $45 per session, credited toward any device purchase made within 30 days. How am I billed, and can I cancel?

Memberships are billed monthly for the term you select (6 or 12 months). You can cancel or change tiers after your minimum term ends; unused sessions don't roll over month to month.
