1. What this offer covers

The 30-Day Risk-Free Trial applies to eligible LED light therapy panels purchased directly from leredd.com. It gives you 30 days from the date of delivery to trial the product and request a return if it's not right for you, subject to the conditions below.

2. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If your panel arrives faulty, not as described, or develops a major fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law, regardless of the trial conditions below. This section cannot be excluded or reduced by anything else on this page.

3. Eligibility requirements

• Only valid on not currently on sale panels
• A verified residential delivery address is required for all panel orders. Orders shipping to a PO Box, parcel locker, or commercial mail-forwarding address are not eligible for the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial.
• Orders must be placed under the purchaser's real name and a contactable phone number, matching the payment method used.
• We reserve the right to decline trial eligibility, prior to dispatch, for orders that don't meet these requirements.

4. Before your panel ships

Every panel is serial-number logged and photographed/video-recorded prior to packing, with a tamper-evident seal applied to the outer packaging. This record is kept on file for the duration of your trial period.

5. If your panel arrives faulty or damaged

Please inspect and test your panel within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us immediately with photos or video of the issue and your order number. Genuine faults reported within this window are resolved under your ACL rights at no cost to you. Faults reported after 7 days will be assessed by technical inspection before a remedy is confirmed.

6. If you change your mind during the trial

To initiate a return, submit a request via our Return Request Form. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and any further instructions. Returns sent without a prior approved request may not be accepted.

Return conditions:

• The panel must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging it arrived in, without exception. Returns not meeting this requirement will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
• All accessories, cables, and documentation must be included.
• The tamper-evident seal and serial number must be intact and match our dispatch record.
• The unit must show no signs of misuse, tampering, forced damage, or attempts to disable safety/warranty seals.
• Returns must be sent via a tracked and signature-required service, at the customer's cost, to the return address we provide upon approval.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind trial returns.
• Although outbound shipping is free at the time of purchase, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by LEREDD for your order is not waived on a change-of-mind return and will be deducted from your store credit, in addition to the 15% restocking fee. This amount will be confirmed at the time your return is approved.
• All change-of-mind refunds are issued as store credit only.

7. Inspection process

All returned units are inspected against the original dispatch photos and serial number before store credit is issued. If inspection identifies tampering, deliberate damage, or use inconsistent with normal operation, we reserve the right to decline the trial return, or to issue partial store credit reflecting the damage. Disputed cases may be referred to the manufacturer for independent technical assessment.

8. Repeat or bad-faith claims

LEREDD reserves the right to decline future trial eligibility for accounts or addresses with a history of disputed, reversed, or bad-faith trial claims.

9. Prefer to trial before you commit?
