Connect the stand poles to your preferred height, 90cm (1 pole), 1.25m (2 poles), or 1.6m (3 poles). Attach the lamp head at the top and adjust the gooseneck to direct the beam at your target area. No tools required. Ready in under 2 minutes.

Position 30–80cm from the Target

Place the lamp 30–80cm from the body part you're treating. The 24° narrow beam maintains effective irradiance across the full effective range, no need to sit uncomfortably close. Angle the gooseneck to direct the beam precisely at your joint, muscle, or skin area.
