Before you start: This form is used to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) from Leredd. Nothing in this form limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including your right to a repair, replacement or refund where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee. Personal information you provide is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and is used solely to process your return request.

If the item is repairable, we will provide you with a quote for the repair and service fee before any work begins. We will not proceed with any repair, and no fee will be charged, unless you review and accept that quote in writing.

Please read before sending anything back The completion of this form does not authorise a return. If you send an item back to us without prior authorisation, it will not be accepted by our warehouse staff, will remain in transit, and will most likely be returned to you at your own cost. Please wait to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) confirmation from our team before shipping any product back to Leredd.
