LIMITED WARRANTY
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.
Consumers do not have a right to return a product if they:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you have received it
To complete your return, you need to attach a proof of purchase
All Return Shipping fees will be the clients responsibility
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any elective returned purchases.
Who may use this limited warranty?
Leredd Inc. (“Company”) warranties apply to Leredd light therapy devices (“Product” or “Products”), and only for Products, registered through leredd.com on behalf of the consumer who originally purchased the Product (“Buyer”). This limited warranty applies to consumer use only and does not apply when the Product is used in a commercial or institutional setting.
3 Year Complete Warranty Pro Series
Within 3 years of your purchase, if your light is not working properly, we will fix or replace it. Each case will be assessed on a case by case basis, and we will make sure you’re back up and running as quickly as possible.
1 When returning a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for all costs relating to shipping the products back to Leredd. International shipping charges are non-refundable. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories or the shipment will be refused by the warehouse . A refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected by Leredd for damage or missing accessories. If the returned light is damaged in any way or returned in un-sellable condition, the shipment will be refused/returned to sender. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used in the original order. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any elective returned purchases.
2 Leredd will assess each warranty claim on a case by case basis. Resolution of warranty claims may include but are not limited to: shipment of a replacement part or parts, phone or email support to troubleshoot the product, or replacement of the product with a new or refurbished unit. The warranty is good for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any and all customer damage to light is not covered under warranty. This includes breakage/damage from dropping, misuse or tamperingwith/opening the light without prior authorization. A light and/or product is deemed “open box” or “used” the moment that the seal/packing tape on the box has been cut or opened, regardless of usage and therefore is subject to any any all restocking fees if returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3 Any shipment within the USA, AUSTRALIA,CANADA,NEW ZEALAND that was shipped correctly but is subsequently refused by the recipient, unable to be delivered with the customer supplied address or returned to our warehouse will incur a flat $50 fee per carton/box for shipping/warehousing/receiving charges. Any international returned shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price and shipping fees are non-refundable.
4 Warranty valid only to original purchaser if item purchased directly from www.leredd.com or authorized re-seller and is non-transferable.
2 year Warranty for Active Series

Warranty for accessories
Warranty does not apply for any accessories ( ie.handheld device, mobile rack, door mount kit; goggles etc )
Limited Warranty Does not apply for:
This limited warranty does not apply to: (a) cosmetic damage; (b) damage caused failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (c) modifications; (d) unauthorized repair; (e) damage due to transportation; (f) damage due to liquid contact; (g) damage due to storage; (h) theft or loss of the product; (i) defects caused by normal use or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product; and (j) to damage due to external causes such as accidents, abuse, damage by natural causes like lightning, floods, or other natural disasters, or other actions or events beyond the reasonable control of the Company. In addition, component parts or products manufactured by a third party (“Third Party Product”) may constitute, contain, be contained in, incorporated into, attached to or packaged together with, the Product. Third Party Products are not covered by this Limited Warranty, and the company makes no representations or warranties with respect to any third-party product, including any (a) warranty of merchantability; (b) warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; (c) warranty of title; or (d) warranty against infringement of intellectual property rights of a third party; whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise.
Implied Warranties
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration of the applicable warranty period. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability
Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not responsible to buyer or any third party for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of, damage to, compromise or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused including the replacement of equipment and property. The company’s liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
The foregoing limitations shall not apply to death or personal injury claims, or any statutory liability for intentional and gross negligent acts and/or omissions.
Governing Law
This limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Indemnification
Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, suits, actions, demands, disputes, allegations, or investigations brought by any third party, governmental authority, or industry body, and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) Buyer’s access to or use of the Company website, including, without limitation, Buyer’s access to or use of any information presented on or through the Company website, (ii) Buyer’s user contributions to the Company website, (iii) Buyer’s breach or alleged breach of any warranties made by Buyer hereunder or Buyer’s violation of any other provision of these terms, or (iv) Buyer’s violation of any law or the rights of a third-party. Company reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any third-party claim that is subject to indemnification by Buyer, in which event Buyer will cooperate with Company in asserting any available defenses.

Definition of reasonable use
Reasonable day-to-day wear does not warrant replacement or refund. The below description should be used to inform what you should expect of the robustness of Leredd products given day-to-day usage;
It is reasonable to expect that with day-to-day use of Leredd products, may suffer minor scratches and scuffs.
Product Warranty
We are committed to Leredd products being of the highest quality, easy to use and delighting you with unparalleled performance and results! For this reason, your satisfaction with Leredd products and Leredd branded accessories, and your ability to use them easily with optimal results is extremely important to us.

When is my Leredd product covered by warranty?
Leredd warrants that your Leredd device and Leredd branded accessories shall, as of the date of delivery, be free from material defects for a period of two (2) years. (The date of delivery is considered the date that our delivery service has recorded delivering your Leredd product as per delivery tracking, not any other date.)
To be eligible for warranty service, you must contact the Leredd customer service team and have requested a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) under warranty, within the warranty period.
What is my entitlement under warranty?
This warranty ensures that your Leredd product and Leredd branded accessories are functional, within the warranty period, given reasonable use and use (please consider the ‘definition of reasonable use’ above). Under this warranty, if a product is not functional within the warranty period, given reasonable use and use – then the customer is eligible for a replacement or refund.
What are the conditions of Leredd’s warranty policy?
Please note the following warranty conditions below. These provide details of warranty terms, remedies and process.
LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS
Leredd warrants that your purchased Leredd products and Leredd branded accessories shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery. Leredd provides this limited warranty to you, only if you purchased the product from Leredd, via Leredd’s website www.Leredd.com
Remedies
If a defect with your Leredd product arises within the warranty period you are required to contact the Leredd customer service team with an RMA request under warranty, also within the same warranty period.
If the validity of your RMA request under warranty is accepted by Leredd, Leredd agree to either;
To minimise impact on the environment, Leredd prefers to repair and replace using refurbished parts and products.
Also, as part of our promise to only sell the highest quality products;
Any product(s) that have been repaired or replaced under this warranty policy will have warranty coverage for (1) year from the date of delivery. (The date of delivery is considered the date that our delivery service has recorded delivering your repaired / replaced unit to you, as per delivery tracking.)
How to obtain warranty service
To obtain warranty service, you are required to contact the Leredd Customer Experience Experts with an RMA request under warranty, also within the same warranty period.
Once our customer service team accepts your RMA request, you will be provided details with confirmation of the RMA. This will provide details of the location where the returned item should be posted to. If you have not received these confirmation details, you are not authorised to return products to Leredd. Leredd retains the right to not process products sent to Leredd without Leredd confirmation of the RMA.

It is likely that data such as your personalised profile will be removed from Leredd products during warranty servicing. Leredd will not be responsible for any such loss.
Leredd reserves the right to inspect and triage items returned under warranty, prior to issuing replacements or refunds. This is to verify that;
Exclusions & Limitation
Please note that this warranty applies only to products and accessories manufactured by Leredd that are marked with the “Leredd” trade name or logo and contain a valid Leredd serial number which has not been removed or altered.
Leredd does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. For this reason, this warranty does not cover software embedded in any Leredd product and related services provided by Leredd.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product that was purchased from the Leredd’s website (Lereddphone.com and sub-websites).
Without limiting the foregoing, this warranty does not apply to, the following:
Please note that Leredd reserves the right to disable products in instances of suspected fraud, counterfeit use, stealing or loss during shipment.
Leredd is not responsible for damage or injuries arising from failure to follow instructions related to product use.
Limitation of Damages
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEREDD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF LEREDD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Governing Law
This limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction. In the event that a consumer brings any claims arising under this limited warranty, the parties agree that the sole and exclusive jurisdiction shall be the State and Federal Courts located in Melbourne, Victoria.
