Whenever! Your Device works around your schedule for general use. However, there are certain times throughout the day that work better for certain benefits. For instance, for some people, it is great to use in the morning to increase natural energy and boost circadian rhythm. Others like to wait after a long workday or workout to reduce soreness and muscle recovery. Consistent use will help achieve the best results

Protective Eyewear

Eye protection is not mandatory, although we do not suggest staring directly at the LEDs when in use, as it may be visually uncomfortable especially if you are not used to bright lights. We suggest shutting your eyes before and gradually opening them during the use of your device.

Good purchase and I’m excited to gift the second one I bought to my sister. The silicon cushion nose bridge is not 100% comfortable which is why I gave it 4 stars, but I just put a cotton pad over my nose to avoid the scratching. Customer service is excellent.

I had purchased a much more expensive mask before that had less leds and found it uncomfortable and heavy.
This was half the cost and does a better job with more settings and lights to benefit from. I am very happy – my experience with them was good – arrived super quick – and very well packed. Happy customer.
