What’s The Difference Between
Red and NIR Light?

You turn on the machine and say hey, half of the lights are out! What has happened are they broken? Even when I started using red light therapy I had the same thought too so don’t think it’s only you.
Red light emits a wavelength between 620- 660nm and NIR light releases 820-880nm. The human eye can only see light spectrum up to 720nm.
Achieving consistent results requires discipline and motivation. This is no different with red light therapy but it’s much easier. Simply flick the switch and you’ll be nourishing yourself inside and out.
We recommend for serious concerns 2 sessions daily in the morning and one at night. Each session should consist between 15-20 minutes. Doing one or three sessions a week is also fine if you’re just looking after your health and wellbeing
The closer you’re to the panel the stronger the irradiance of the light will be, but the surface area will be at its smallest. If you move back the light will expand and the surface area will be larger but the irradiance will be weaker. As a rule of thumb we recommend the distance from you to the panel to be between 6-12 inches for optimal treatment
Eye protection is not mandatory, although we do not suggest staring directly at the LEDs when in use, as it may be painful especially if you are not used to bright lights. We suggest shutting your eyes before and gradually opening them during use of your device. If your eyes feel sensitive please use the goggles provided
If your eyes are particularly susceptible to light or if you have photosensitivity and epileptic history, we suggest that you use the goggles provided or contact your doctor before using your Leredd system.
Less Is More sometimes and this time that is true. As Leredd Devices have industry crushing power we recommend cutting treatments to no longer them 20 minutes. Your cells can only absorb so much light per day and if you go over the recommended treatment time it won’t mean you will see better results and more benefits. For the best results do Two 10-15 (20 minutes for distinctive areas) treatment sessions per day for the best results
